Ingredients:
• 30ml Bacardi Rum
• 30ml Passionfruit liqueur
• 15ml Lemon Cordial
• 45ml Lemon Juice
• 45ml Sugar Syrup
• 15ml Bacardi Gold Rum
• Crushed Ice
Garnish:
• Orange or pineapple slice
Method:
• Shake all ingredients (except Bacardi Rum) with ice
• Pour into glass
• Float the Bacardi Rum on top
• Garnish with slice of pineapple or orange
