Pina Colada

Ingredients:
• 2 oz rum
• 5 oz pineapple juice (blended)
• 1 tablespoon coconut cream
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar (dissolved in water)
• Crushed ice
Method:
• Mix ingredients in a blender
• Pour without straining into chilled glass
Garnish:
• Pineapple wedges
