Sweet Lassi

Ingredients:
• 500g thick natural yoghurt
• 300ml milk
• Splash rosewater
• 1 tablespoon caster sugar
• Crushed ice
Method:
• Whisk or blend the yoghurt, milk, sugar and rosewater until frothy
• Pour over crushed ice
• Serve
Garnish:
• Cardamom pods
