Not a bad little place

A very handy local gym/training facility. I've been coming here for a while and there is nothing wrong with this little local gym. There is no air-conditioning but it is basically underground so there is no need even though it does get a bit warm during the summer months. The gym not too big but has all the basics you'd need without attempting to enter comps, it's usually pretty quiet. The squash courts are great, good to waste some energy during the week and get some much needed exercise.
