Not a fan of their toilet paper

I was very happy with my stay at the hotel. I chose this hotel because it had received a 5 star rating. I think it was pretty close to a 5 star rating but their toilet paper was like sandpaper, I will never forget it.

The Gold Coast is my favorite city in Australia. I stay at the Sofitel in Broadbeach because of it's great location and wonderful views. The hotel is less than 2 minutes walk from the beach and there are practically at least 20 restaurants less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The views are spectacular and the pools and spa are very inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
