By making an offer, requesting a price, or negotiating to purchase proreview.com.au ("the Website"), you agree to all terms below, in addition to all terms in the Website’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Your purchase offer is for the transfer of domain name registration of proreview.com.au in addition to transfer of the website content and software licence as is. The sale does not include hosting or any other software, hardware or other services.
You are making your purchase offer in good faith with the intent of completing the transaction if your offer is accepted. The Website is sold "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. You are responsible for paying any and all GST or other sales tax payable in respect of the purchase. You are also responsible for the cost (if any) involved in transferring the software licence into your name.
You intend to purchase the Website for your own use, in good faith and are not intending to use the Website to infringe upon or cause conflict with the legal rights of any third parties. You represent and warrant that you are not asserting any trademark claims over proreview.com.au and agree to keep any replies or counter-offers confidential. You agree the Website was not registered nor used in bad faith.
If we receive multiple purchase offers for the Website, we reserve the right to decide which purchase offer to accept at our sole discretion. The availability and price is subject to change without notice.
The sales transaction becomes binding only when a written contract is executed by both parties. Prior to the transfer, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction for any reason, subject to a refund of any payments you have made.
You agree an account at a domain registrar may be created for you, on your behalf, for the purpose of transferring the domain to you. Once you have made full payment and the Website has been transferred to you, you are the new owner of the Website. As the new owner, you are responsible to pay annual renewal fees charged by your registrar and hosting provider to keep your domain registration and hosting service current. Fees vary by registrars and hosting companies and you have a choice of domain registrars and hosting companies to transfer your domain and hosting of the Website. Once the Website is transferred, it is your responsibility to maintain it. We do not provide any support or training.
